1. Credit Purchases
All purchases of credits for the HastaJyotish wallet are **final and strictly non-refundable**. Once you have purchased credits, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your payment method.
2. Use of Credits
Credits are used to access our services, including palm readings, compatibility reports, and follow-up questions. When you use credits to pay for a service, the credits are instantly deducted from your wallet. This transaction is also non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately.
3. Service Failures
In the rare event of a technical failure where credits are deducted from your wallet but the service (e.g., a palm reading) is not successfully generated or delivered, please contact our support team. After verifying the technical issue, we will manually refund the deducted credits back to your HastaJyotish wallet. No cash refunds will be provided.
